When your voice mailbox is first setup, the default passcode is your 9-digit UST ID number. During the initial voicemail setup process this is changed to a 6-10 digit passcode.
Changing Your Passcode
- Access your mailbox.
- Press 5 to Manage Personal Options.
- Press 5 to Manage Administrative Options.
- Press 3 to Change Passcode.
- Enter your new passcode followed by the # sign. For verification you will be prompted to re-enter your passcode followed by the # sign.
