Special Web Initiatives

Occasionally, the University engages in special activities that warrant the design of custom web sites to represent their content and give the content extra prominence. These web sites are most often part of a University-wide initiative and are constructed at the direction of the Office of the President. In most all cases, our standard templates will meet the needs of your department. The office of Web & Media Services is limited in the number of custom web sites it can produce each year and very few special initiatives will be able to receive custom web templates.

Examples of recent special web initiatives:

  • 125 Timeline - A historical timeline celebrating the University's Quasquicentennial
  • Face the Nation - How national identity shaped modern typeface design
  • Jobs at UST - Prospective employee web site
  • Opening Doors - The Capital Campaign Web Site
  • Opus Prize - Annual prize given to recognize unsung heroes solving today's most persistent social problems.
