The majority of UST classrooms are equipped with basic technology (e.g. computer, projector, sound system). IRT offers classroom technology training services called Tech Assists. Prior to your class a tech consultant will meet you to show you how the technology in the room functions and go through any technology related questions you may have. Please contact the IRT Tech Desk at least 72 hours in advance of your class so that we may meet University scheduling needs.
IRT has Rapid Response Technicians available to troubleshoot technology emergencies during class times. Classroom emergencies are the Tech Desk’s highest priority. When contacting the IRT Tech Desk , pressing the number 2 will transfer you to our dedicated line and a Rapid Response Technician will be dispatched immediately and will arrive within 15 minutes.
