We will do our best to help you resolve any computer issues you may have. However, the scope of our services are limited, so for more serious and hands-on help, you may need to visit a professional computer repair service, especially for hardware damage (screen cracks, etc.) and serious virus infections. Getting Started
Before bringing you computer to one of our walk-up desks please see our Preventative Maintenance page, which has details on updates and maintenance that may fix common issues.
Tech DeskToo, located in LL8 OEC, and Scholars, located in MOH 200B, are IRTs walk-up helpdesks. Student workers are available to assist with general computing questions and assist you with general computer maintenance (e.g. operating system updates, installing Anti-virus). View our Help desk hours.
