In order to more consistently manage and track projects, IRT has adopted a project management methodology that scales to the type, size, priority and scope of the variety of projects undertaken at UST. This page provides information about the methodology, information about managing projects, as well as links to tools, guidelines and other resources.

This online manual documents IRT's project management methodology. The manual contains step-by-step procedures for managing projects and the associated forms used.

Project Proposal This form is used to initiate a project request.

Statement of Work (SOW) Long Form

Statement of Work (SOW) Short Form

The statement of work is used at the beginning of the planning process to address issues of scope, resources, and assumptions.
Project Status Report This form is used to report the progress of projects underway.
Project Change Request The project change request is used in large projects to modify project scope.
Issue log The issues log helps track issues that are related to the project but need to be resolved outside of the project team.
Test Case Template This form is used to document test case setup, testing steps, expected outcomes and actual outcomes.
