Description of Problem:

From Information Resources and Technologies

From 6 a.m. to approximately noon Sunday, Nov. 23, all central university technology resources may be unavailable while we install necessary upgrades and conduct system maintenance. This work is done by IRT once per month to maximize systems performance and response while minimizing service disruption for our community.

The following UST resources may be unavailable until noon on Sunday:

  • MyStorage (including WebDAV access to MyStorage)
  • Departmental storage (ust-deptstore1 and ust-deptstore2)
  • Blackboard
  • Banner
  • UST Web
  • Collage
  • E-mail
  • MailMarshal
  • Network printing
  • Murphy Online
  • ReportNet
  • AppWorx
  • UST phones and voicemail
  • NetID
  • Breeze
  • Sharepoint
  • VOIP phones
  • Library databases

Any AppWorx job running against PROD will need to be rescheduled. Please e-mail May Ko Yang for assistance.

IRT hopes that this scheduled outage will result in minimal, if any, inconvenience.
