FY '08 Information Technology Goals

 

  1. By June 30th implement Banner on the new hardware environment.
  2. By June 30th fully implement Big Brother for system monitoring including system uptime, notification, acknowledgement, and escalation.
  3. By June 30th implement the Campus EAI portal in production.
  4. By Jan 31 complete the data center HVAC upgrade.
  5. By Jan 31st implement Cognos Series 8.
  6. By June 30th implement ODS 3.1.
  7. Complete 2007 summer server replacement effort and plan for 2008 summer server replacement effort.
  8. By June 30th complete the IRT-Development Catch-Up project.
  9. By June 30th develop the business case for CRM at UST.
  10. Continue to increase communications with IT staff, IRT departments and the user community as appropriate regarding the status of work being completed.  Communicate with all concerned parties.
  11. By June 30th create the high level design plans for the new data center in MHC.
