Jenn Haas
Director of Client Services

Jenn Haas joined the University of St. Thomas in March of 2003 as the Associate Director of Client Services - Minneapolis and was named Director of Client Services in January 2007.  She previously was the Director of IT Operations at Ingenix, a division of UnitedHealth Group.  Jenn has her MBA from St. Thomas. 
Jenn's responsibilities include:

• Management responsibility for IRT Client Services
• Management of Academic Technology Consultants
• Maintain customer service focus for the organization
• Organizational and human resource development planning and implementation for client services
• Management of IRT Partner relationships with the Collage of Business, School of Education, School of Law, Development, and Student Affairs
