Rosann Cahill
Associate Director of Web and Media Services
Rosann is the associate director of Web and Media Services; her interest in technology grew from a desire to see educational institutions provide students with greater access and flexibility in educational offerings and services.

Rosann's degrees include a BA in Community Development from Metropolitan State University and a Master's degree in Adult Education focusing on learning technology and instructional design from the University of Minnesota. Currently, Rosann is a doctoral candidate in the Educational Leadership program at the University of St. Thomas. Her research focus is a critical analysis of an e-learning pilot project.

Rosann's publications include articles for TechTrends and Synergia and she has presented in a variety of venues including Digital Learning Forum, Midwest Academy of Management and Minnesota e-Learning Summit.

Rosann's responsibilities include: 

• Providing leadership, strategy, planning and direction for e-learning initiatives.
• Operational management of Web and Media Services.
• Management of Web and Media designers, user-interface analysts and specialists and Instructional Process Analysts and oversight of Collage, Blackboard, Breeze enterprise tools.
• Organizational and human resource development planning and implementation for Web and Media Services.
