Budgets, Acquisitions and Inventory
Budgets, Acquisitions and Inventory is a cross functional workgroup with individual areas of expertise. These are as follows:

David Braun Inventory Control Manager |
Tracks all new technolgy assets that are acquired via the lease process and purchased as well as tracking removal of all equipment being returned to leasing comopany. Manages and maintains the central inventory data base which includes all hardware and software assets at UST. |

Liz Johnson Budget Manager |
Manages financial and procurement processes (including subscriptions, leases purchases, and other acquisitions), coordinates paperwork from internal and external sources, evaluates and tracks contracts, and makes modifications to budget pools as needed. |

Thomas Oscanyan Software Asset Manager |
Provides the user community with a consistent and compliant set of standard desktop software applications and upgrades which meet both the needs of the users and which UST can support. Negotiates, maintains and tracks compliant software license agreements on behalf of the user community. |

Ted Peterson Digital Video Integration Coordinator |
Designs and manages standards for the infrastructure of instructional and presentation facilities and the technology used in them. Coordinates and consults with vendors and other UST departments on technology and facility design, selection, pricing and installation. |

Jerry Schwartz Inventory and Service Specialist |
Assists Inventory Control Manager and Software Asset Manager in tagging, tracking and managing new and returning assets at UST. |

Designs and manages standards for the infrastructure of instructional and presentation facilities and the technology used in them. Coordinates and consults with vendors and other UST departments on technology and facility design, selection, pricing and installation. |
