On behalf of IRT Departments, the IRT Cabinet:
- Provides timely decision making for external and internal administrative, tactical, strategic and budgetary issues.
- Develops and approves policies relating to IRT employees and practices.
- Coordinates planning and communication activities for the IRT Council.
