This team works to meet division-wide needs for the consolidation and coordination of IRT administrative, training, writing and communication services.

The Department Coordinator position exists to manage and coordinate all student employment activities for the IRT division (supervisor coordination, budget monitoring, special events, etc.), provides new hire orientation and supports the office of the VP and AVP for IRT and IRT Department leadership teams. |
Services to the department include:
- Consolidated ordering of supplies for WMS, IT, NTS & Client Services.
- Student employee budget management for WMS, IT, NTS & Client Services.
- Coordinate orientation plans for all new hires.
- IRT event coordination
- Partnering with HR and IRT staff to revamp the university's new-hire orientation technical training.
- Coordinating training communication for the enterprise project.
- Creating and editing a range of publications, including user guides, system documentation,student guides and communication pieces to faculty & staff.
- Writing and editing services for IRT documentation.
- Site management for the IRT Web Site.
