If you are requesting a list of people for a specific set of characteristics, select and complete the Request a List form above. List requests are completed by the Registrar's Office.

University-wide Research or Aggregated Report:
If you are conducting university-wide research or need an aggregated report for a group of people without any individual person data please select the Research request form below. Please note that completed research projects will be available (at a minimum) to AAL members.

Before choosing this selection, be prepared to respond to the following criteria:

• General scope of the project (statement of purpose)
• Research questions expected to be answered
• Design of project, and any other research methodology documentation
• Population to be studied
• Timing of research project
• UST resources/information required
• Security plan for storing information
