
ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT REPORTING - a set of reports written at three levels:
Departmental Annual report- a set of reports that support the departmental annual reporting process
List reports - detailed audit/list reports for use in identifying schedule/course and student issues
Management reports - summarized reports identifying short-term trends in registrations, scheduling and faculty load. This management report is a single-line by instructor spreadsheet. It summarizes the instructional and non-instructional assignments and instructional and non-instructional load. The report has hyperlinks on the instructor to drill down into the official 'Faculty Load Report' located in the Faculty Load public folder.
Strategic reports - summarized reports identifying three-year (or longer) trends in registrations, class size and faculty use

Contains a variety of official and preliminary enrollment reports
FACULTY LOAD
Official faculty load report contains a single report - 'Faculty Load Report' - which runs for an academic year and has optional prompts to select a department or instructor.
The report has three sections:
Rank and tenure information for each term of the academic year
Non-instructional assignments - to include the term, contract type comments and load for each non-instructional assignment
Instructional assignments - to include the term, contract type, CRN, cross-list information, default work load and assigned load for the course
STUDENT REPORT on TEACHING
A set of reports that identifies the Banner information used by IR&A to prepare, deliver, collect and analyze the student report on teaching results.
