The Ninth Circuit rules in favor of the Appellate Litigation Clinic

For the third consecutive year, the Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of our Appellate Clinic. Congratulations to Greg Sisk and 3Ls Caitlin Drogemuller and Catherine Underwood.

Caitlin remarked to a group of federal judges while accepting a Federal Bar Association award last week, her time at St. Thomas has been extraordinary: in addition to the great classroom instruction she has received, she has argued before the Ninth Circuit and won a bankruptcy trial (as a participant in the Bankruptcy Litigation Clinic).
