Ninth Circuit victory in Appellate Clinic case

Prof. Sisk, Director of the Appellate Clinic, along with Clinic students Michelle King and Joy Nissen, gain victory in prison litigation in the Ninth Circuit, with a published opinion (2 to 1) reversing and ruling in favor of their client, that prison officials may not read legal mail between prisoners and their counsel. Michelle King and Joy Nissen argued the case to the court for the Appellate Clinic and are listed as arguing counsel in the published opinion issued by the court today.
