The University of St. Thomas promotes Prof. Virgil Wiebe, Director of the Legal Services Clinic, to Professor of Law. The promotion recognizes Virgil for his achievement as outstanding teacher and scholar of national reputation, and for his service to the School of Law, the University, and the greater community.  Dean Mengler, Dean of the School of Law, states Virgil is also a wonderful model of faculty acting in furtherance of the School of Law mission.
