The Office of Institutional Effectiveness provides data to both external and internal agencies and departments for the purpose of meeting compliance reporting requirements. Below are just a few of the external agencies that IE works with to ensure the University of St. Thomas is in compliance.

Our Census data provides data as of the 10th day of the semester. These reports are released each term and provide data on headcount, credits, class size characteristics, undergraduate retention rates, numbers of majors and minors by department, and information on our incoming First Time First Year cohort and Transfer Cohort.
