Here are the pay rates for Academic Year Academic positions. The levels are listed with the payrates next to them, followed by descriptions for each position.

Level 1

$7.50

Students in first or second year of school typically majoring in or taking classes in the field they work in. Must have a solid background and understanding of material/subject area. Assistants work under direct supervision.

Level 2

$8.00

Students have previous experience as and/or are typically majoring in or taking classes in the field they work in. Must have a solid background and understanding of material/subject area. Assistants work under supervisor direction.

Level 3

$8.50

Students have previous experience as a Level 2 and/or are typically majoring in or taking classes in the field they work in. Must have a extensive background and understanding of material/subject area. Ability to work independently.

Level 4

$9.00 - $10.50

Students have experience at Level 3 and/or have advanced knowledge in the field they work in. Ability to work independently.
