Welcome to the Human Resources Management Report Library at the University of St. Thomas
Most managers need access to a range of human resource data on their staff and faculty. The Human Resources Department has created a management report library for this purpose. This management tool enables Academic and Administrative Leaders and their designee(s) to review and create a variety of management reports specific to their unit(s). These reports are collected in the HR Management Report Library.
Access to the report library is granted exclusively to Academic and Administrative Leaders and their designee(s). The five-digit organization code (from the organization hierarchy list maintained by the Controller’s Office) is the basis for the security controls on the management reports.

Cognos
The management reports were developed using the UST-supported web-based Cognos reporting tool. For assistance with the Cognos reporting tool go to the IRT Help and Support for Cognos web page at http://www.stthomas.edu/irt/support/enterprise/cognosreportingtool.html, or contact the IRT Help Desk at 2-6230. The IRT Help Desk operator will assist you or forward your questions and concerns to the IRT Business Intelligence group.
