HR Management Report Library

We bring you great news!  Many members of the Academic and Administrative Leadership Group have expressed interest in being able to access a range of human resource data on their staff and faculty. We are pleased to announce that the Human Resources Department has created a management report library for this purpose. This management tool enables AAL members and their designee(s) to review and create a variety of management reports specific to their unit. These reports are collected in the "HR Management Report Library".

Of course, the HR Management Report Library is secure. Access to the report library is granted exclusively to AAL members and their designee(s). The five-digit organization code (from the organization hierarchy listing maintained by the Controller's Office) is the basis for the security controls on the management reports. Click here for a listing of AAL members and their designee(s).

The management reports were developed using the UST-supported Cognos ReportNet tool. As you may know, ReportNet is a web-based product used for creating and managing ad hoc and managed reports.
