
A brief description of each report is listed below. The printable versions (PDF) contain detailed descriptions of the fields, or data contained on the report as well as step-by-step instructions on how to run the report.
Basic employee data (i.e. original hire date, current hire date, years of service) and basic job data (i.e. job title, grade, salary).
By Department/Program, Employee Name.
Basic employee data (i.e. original hire date, current hire date, years of service) and basic job data (i.e. job title, grade, salary). The only difference between this report and report M001 is the sort order.
By Employee Name.
Budgeted position information for the fiscal year and organization code selected. Lists positions with budgeted amounts, along with the incumbent's name and annual salary (or Vacant). A "difference" column displays the calculated difference between the budgeted amount and the annual salary.
By Organization, Position Number.
Employee job title, campus mail location, race and gender.
By Department/Program, Employee Class Type (i.e. staff, student, faculty), Gender and Race.
Headcount and FTE.
By Department/Program, Employee Class Type (i.e. staff, student, faculty), Pay Type (i.e. exempt, nonexempt), Race, and Gender.

Employee name, demographic information, and position information.
By Department/Program, Employee Class Type (i.e. staff, student, faculty), Pay Type (i.e. exempt, nonexempt), Race, and Gender.
Note: This report is accessed via the headcount numbers shown on report M004. It can also be run directly from the list of reports.
Headcount at the beginning and end of the date range selected and the turnover percentage for that time period.
By Organization, Department/Program
Headcount within a position group (i.e. 112-Managers & Supervisors) at the beginning and end of the date range selected and the headcount by activity type (i.e. hires, promotions, demotions, reclassifications, and terminations) during that time period.
By Department/Program.

Position budget data. Lists positions with budgeted amounts – by org code, fund and account. This report does not contain the name of the person in the position.
