Adjusted Service Date This data reflects prior employment when employment is not consecutive. If there was no prior employment, the adjusted, original and current hire date will be the same.
Assigned Pay Hourly pay rate.
Current Hire Date Most recent date the employee was hired by UST.
Current years of Service Number of years of employment based on current hire date.

Position Mid

Salary structure midpoint for position/grade.  Note: Midpoint is obsolete beginning May 1, 2007 due to the implementation of salary structure broadbanding.  On reports dated after May 1, 2007 the position midpoint (if listed on the report) will show the same value as the position minimum.

Position High

Salary structure maximum for position/grade.
