The University of St. Thomas provides Employee Handbooks for Faculty, Staff, and Students.
Compensation questions include information about St. Thomas' pay philosophy, principles, pay grades, salary ranges, FLSA and job matrices. Compensation forms such as payment forms and job profile forms can also be found.
Exempt employees at St. Thomas are required to record vacation days electronically. You can view and record your vacation days online through Employee Self-Service (Murphy Online). Non-Exempt employees can view their PLT time on their paycheck statement and report those hours biweekly. More information on vacation and PLT can be found in the Employee Handbook.

The university is pleased to offer our retirees university privileges including a UST email account, Athletic Center membership, use of UST's Library facilities and UST's shuttle bus. The University of St. Thomas links employee performance and compensation using a pay-for-performance system, which follows the University's fiscal year and awards salary increases based upon an employee's performance during the previous year. Each year, employees are recognized for their continuous years of service to St. Thomas through a public ceremony hosted by Human Resources. Employees who reach the 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and beyond years-of-service milestone are honored and receive a special recognition gift from the University at the Employee Service Awards.
