The University of St. Thomas offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits program, which includes medical, dental, vision, life, long-term care and disability insurance coverage. Two pension plans, health and dependent care reimbursement accounts, a health savings account, tuition remission, and an employee assistance program round out these benefits. In addition, the University has generous provisions for paid leave time (PLT) for hourly employees, vacation for salaried employees, family and medical leave, holidays, and other types of paid and unpaid leaves.
