Benefits

Underlying most employee benefits programs is a philosophy. At the University of St. Thomas, that philosophy is to provide eligible employees a competitive benefits program that helps them meet their needs and those of their families. The University does so based on the premise that a healthy and secure workforce is more likely to achieve its goals as well as those of the University. UST and its employees share responsibility for working together as partners to provide a competitive and cost effective benefits program.
