Following David Maister’s remarks, a three person panel responded to his remarks and, together with Mr. Maister, took questions from the audience. The panelists were Laura Witte – Cargill’s U.S. General Counsel, Sam Kaplan – Attorney with Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan and John Koneck – President of Fredrikson and Byron.

The presentation, part of the Medtronic Business and Law Roundtable series of lectures, was sponsored by the Holloran Center for Ethical Leadership in the Professions and the Center for Ethical Business Cultures at the University of St. Thomas.
