Code of Federal Regulations
A codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government.
Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
The Federal Acquisition Regulations System is established for the codification and publication of uniform policies and procedures for acquisition by all executive agencies.
The Federal Register
The Federal Register is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents.
NSF Grant Proposal Guide
This Grant Policy Manual (GPM) is a compendium of basic NSF policies and procedures for us by the grantee community and NSF staff. Its coverage includes the NSF award process, from issuance and administration of an award through closeout.
OMB Circular: A-21
This Circular establishes principles for determining costs applicable to grants, contracts, and other agreements with educational institutions.
OMB Circular: A-110
This Circular sets forth standards for obtaining consistency and uniformity among Federal agencies in the administration of grants to and agreements with institutions of higher education, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations.
