Career Highlights: Dr. Thomas Sheran is currently an attorney and shareholder at the law firm of Moss & Barnett, P.A. He has served as an Adjunct Lecturer for GPS since 2005. Sheran's legal experience includes: Constitutional and Civil Rights Litigation; General Business and Commercial Litigation; Anti-Trust and Trade Regulation; Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition; Computer Networks, Internet and E-Commerce; and Shareholder and Securities Litigation. Dr. Sheran is a professional speaker and instructor who has given presentations and seminars on a variety of topics including: anti-trust law, "Law and the Information Superhighway", "The Microsoft Case - Antitrust and the Information Economy", and "Security Risks in Cyberspace". He volunteers for the Children's Law Center of Minnesota and has been active in Habitat for Humanity.
