Career Highlights:

Dr. Jones is a Program Manager with the Lockheed Martin Corporation and an adjunct faculty member for GPS where he specializes in project management and software quality assurance. He has over 25 years of practical front line management experience that ranges from teams as small as five to over 50 and that encompasses management of the manufacturing shop floor, production and inventory control, and information system and software development projects from the proposal stage through customer acceptance.

Dr. Jones has presented Software Project and Quality seminars at a large number of organizations developing software such as West Publishing, Carlson Companies, Piper-Jaffrey, Mayo Clinic, and the Medical College of Georgia. His publications include papers presented at such societies as the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Air Traffic Controllers Association. Dr. Jones is a retired Naval Officer and Aviator.
