| This course will analyze the six key strategic thrusts for IT and the enterprise: differentiation, cost, innovation, growth, alliance, and time. This course is strategic in nature and students will conduct their own personal strategic plan plus assess how an IT function¿s strategic thrust aligns with the strategic thinking of an actual firm.
