| This course looks at management of each phase of the software lifecycle process from initial requirements analysis to maintenance and support, as well as project management of the entire lifecycle. The purpose is to give students the skills to produce deliverables required of each phase, and to manage an entire project. Project management issues such as scheduling and estimation are discussed, and quality management including test planning and design is a major focus. (If credit is received for this course, students cannot receive credit for SEIS 625 [CSIS600T] or SEIS 626 [CSIS605T]. Exceptions require the prior approval of the GPS director.)
