| This is a survey course covering software engineering concepts, techniques, and methodologies. Topics covered include software engineering; software process and its difficulties; software life-cycle models; project planning including cost estimation; design methodologies including structured design, data-structure oriented design, object-oriented design; and software testing. A brief review of data structures is included. Prerequisite: SEIS601 (prereq. waived for students with programming experience) | ||||||
