This minor is only available to non-Geography majors.  Five courses, distributed as follows:

Three Core Courses:
GEOG 221 Computer Skills in Geography
GEOG 321 Geographic Information Systems (Prerequisite: GEOG 221 or consent)
GEOG 421 Applied Geographic Information Systems (Prerequisite: GEOG 321 or consent)
 
Plus eight credits from the following methods courses:
GEOG 223 Remote Sensing
GEOG 322 Geographical Analysis (Prerequisite: GEOG 221 or consent)
GEOG 330 Geography for Business & Planning
GEOG 331 Conservation Geography (Prerequisite: GEOG 221 or consent)
GEOG 422 GIS Customization and Programming (Prerequisite: GEOG 321 or consent)
