Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. The assigned assistant will contact you to gather more information and will help with questions.

Any GIS mapping requests should be made using this request form.
Requests will be assigned to a student lab assistant
Direct contact with the client and the lab assistant is expected after assignment.
Any GIS mapping requests should expect no less than a two-week turn around.
This does not guarantee a two-week turn around. Some requests may take much more time to complete.
