Amenities & Services
The Essential Meeting Package (EMP) has been specifically designed to offer our nonprofit and association clients the opportunity to enjoy the Gainey Experience, yet remain fiscally responsible to their organization. 

The EMP is a per person rate based on a 24-hour block of time.  Break service and meal locations are at the discretion of the Gainey staff.  

The package includes:

  • Comfortable guestrooms with complimentary wireless internet
  • Meeting space
  • A/V Package
  • Social Areas
  • Continental Breakfast - One hour service including coffee, tea, juice, and an assortment of house made bakery items, pastries and/or breakfast breads.
  • Delicatessen Lunch
  • Afternoon Break - One hour service including coffee, tea and one à la carte break or snack item.
  • Chef’s Choice Dinner
  • Service Charges
