The Essential Meeting Package is a per-person rate based on a 24-hour block of time. The package includes:

The EMP has been designed to offer our nonprofit clients an economical alternative to the Complete Meeting Package. Therefore, break service and meal locations are at the discretion of the Gainey staff and all food and beverage will be served on casual dinnerware. Amenities are the responsibility of the individual in each guest room and housekeeping services will be upon departure.
