Meal Exchange
Menu's

All meals include paper plates, plastic ware, napkins
and condiments for selection.  All utensils, pans and non-disposable items must be cleaned and returned to the kitchen or a fee will be applied to the coordinating Hall account.

Breakfast Options
*all breakfast options include one individual milk, one orange juice per person

Continental Breakfast:
Cereal (variety offered in Food Court), bagels w/ cream cheese
or bakers choice of pastry (one per person) and whole fruit.

Hot Breakfast:
*minimum 15 people
Scrambled eggs, choice of bacon, sausage or ham,
choice of pancakes, waffles or French toast and whole fruit.

Lunch and Dinner Options
*all lunch and dinner options include either
one lemonade cup and milk
two lemonade cups or
one soda per person

BBQ
(one per person: specify raw or cooked)
Hamburger, hot dog, veggie burger with bun
Choice of pasta salad, potato salad or coleslaw
Potato chips, gourmet cookie and whole fruit

Subs
(one per person)
combination of two: Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham or Veggie
includes lettuce, tomato and cheese on bun
Choice of pasta salad, potato salad or coleslaw
Potato chips, gourmet cookie and whole fruit

Taco/Fajita's
(two per person)
includes lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and salsa
Choice of beef taco meat or chicken fajita meat
choice of soft or hard shells
Nacho chips, Spanish rice, gourmet cookie and whole fruit

Pizza
(16" pizzas cut into 8 / 2-3 people per pizza)
choice of pepperoni, sausage or cheese pizza
Caesar Salad, gourmet cookie and whole fruit

Spaghetti
Spaghetti with meat or meatless marinara,
Caesar Salad, bread sticks, gourmet cookie and whole fruit

Lasagna
Meat Lasagna (minimum 20 people)
Vegetable Lasagna (minimum 12 people)
Caesar Salad, bread sticks, gourmet cookie and whole fruit

Chicken Caesar Salad
