Exchanges and Group Meals:

R.A.'s must arrange meal exchanges and group meal through the
Student Dining Coordinator (651) 962-6067 at least one week
prior to the scheduled event.  Menu selection is required at the time arrangements are secured.  final counts, including names, Banner ID and signatures of all participants, MUST be in the Dining Services Office MHC 257 by 12:00 noon three days prior to the meal exchange.  A Residence Life professional staff supervisor signature must accompany all orders.   Forms are available below.

Catered Floor Meals:

Catered floor dinner meal exchanges must be arranged by R.A.'s through the Student Dining Coordinator (651) 962-6067 as well.
This service is provided for groups of 25 - 72 people on selected dates throughout the academic year beginning in October.
