Policies for
Catered Events |
Liquor Policy:
Groups requesting beverages containing alcohol must follow the
University's guidelines and policies. The University does not
have a liquor license, so cash bars or any other method to
compensate for the purchase of alcohol containing beverages is strictly
prohibited. Off campus groups who contract with
the University to provide facilities have to follow
the University policies and guidelines on providing alcohol
containing beverages to their attendees or guests.
Please discuss this with your location catering manager
if you intend to have alcohol.
Service Fees:
* A 15 percent late fee will be added to events being
served after 7:00 pm.
* If an event is served 30 minutes or more after the
scheduled time, the late fee will apply
* Applicable taxes will be applied to all external and
cash orders
* On campus delivery charges vary by location
* All dining rooms have one basic set up, but we are
able to arrange the room to meet your specific needs.
However, this type of request require additional time
and will be charged accordingly.
*Dining Service is typically closed during Holidays.
If you require service during a holiday, we will adjust our
charges to reflect additional costs incurred by the University.
Leftovers:
We try to plan your event so that there will be minimal food
leftover. Please remember that State Health Regulations
prevent us from allowing leftover food to be taking after
catered events.
Special
Services:
Catering can supply the special services such as
Votives, mirror tiles, wine glasses, linen tablecloths,
paper tablecloths, skirting, china rental and
flowers per request. Please discuss these needs with
your location catering manager.
