   J-term Financial Aid Applications Now Available

Students who are planning to take a class during J-term should complete the J-term Financial Aid Application for Undergraduate Students. The Financial Aid Office will use this information to review each student's eligibility for financial aid during the J-term.

This application will be available to download when you register for classes through Murphy Online or you can access the application now using the link provided above. Applications are due by January 8, 2010. Students will receive notification of their J-term financial aid eligibility via e-mail after their applicaiton is processed.


   How to stay connected to the Financial Aid Office

The Financial Aid Office communicates with students during the school year via e-mail and/or paper correspondence. We need your help to ensure that you don't miss out on important information.

Here are some steps you can take to stay connected:

  • Check your campus mailbox (if assigned) regularly.
  • Make sure St. Thomas has your correct local and permanent addresses on file.
  • Frequently check your St. Thomas e-mail account and Murphy Online.


   UST/ACTC Tuition Remission Forms for You or Your Dependent

University of St. Thomas employees and their dependents, interested in obtaining tuition remission at UST or an ACTC school, can find tuition remission forms in the Human Resources Office (Aquinas 217), or online at http://www.stthomas.edu/hr/forms/benefits.html#remission. All forms should be submitted directly to the Human Resources Office.

Catholic College Cooperative Tuition Exchange (CCCTE)

Employees of the University of St. Thomas with dependents attending a Catholic College Cooperative Tuition Exchange (CCCTE) school may pick up a tuition remission application in the Financial Aid Office (Foley 100), or download the application at http://www.stthomas.edu/financialservices/forms/CCCTE.pdf.  CCCTE certificate agreements should be submitted directly to the Financial Aid Office.
