Susan joined the Undergraduate Financial Aid Office in 2000 and has more than 25 years of financial aid experience at both public and private colleges and universities. She works primarily with scholarship programs, international students, and students who study abroad. Susan is an active member of the Minnesota Association of Financial Aid Administrators (MAFAA) and a frequent presenter at professional conferences. She earned her BA in History and MS in Higher Education Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Susan enjoys cooking, knitting and gardening.
