Chad joined St. Thomas in 1997 and throughout these years has worked in various positions within the Financial Aid Office. Prior to joining St. Thomas, Chad worked at a student loan processor. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead and recently received his Master of Arts in Educational Leadership-Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas. He is currently the Associate Director of Financial Aid for Graduate and Law programs and his primary roles are to supervise the Graduate Financial Aid Office, provide financial aid counseling to graduate and Law students and make sure that St. Thomas is in compliance with respect to federal and institutional financial aid programs.

Allison came to St. Thomas in 2007, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in the financial aid field. Allison began her career in financial aid in 1992 as a work-study student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. After graduation, she spent two years in the Financial Aid Office at Edgewood College in Madison, before moving on to DePaul University in Chicago. While at DePaul, Allison spent five years in the Graduate Financial Aid Office and earned her Masters Degree in Education. She recently relocated to the Twin Cities, joining St. Thomas where one of her many roles is to counsel students in the graduate and law programs.

David joined the University in 2000 as an administrative specialist in the Financial Aid Office. Before joining the Graduate Financial Aid Office he spent four years working primarily with undergraduate students and their parents. David comes with a significant background in the banking industry having spent over 15 years in consumer banking and an additional eight years with the Federal Reserve Bank. David's knowledge and confidence comes from his extensive experience in working with people and their financial needs and the students he serves are provided with a professional approach to their very individual situations. He is well aware of the commitment and dedication needed to complete a degree as David is a 2005 graduate of the University of St. Thomas earning his B.A. in Business Administration. David is currently working on his Masters Degree in Education.
