University of St. Thomas employees and their dependents who are interested in obtaining tuition remission for UST may find tuition remission forms in the Human Resources office (Aquinas 217), or online. Submit all forms directly to the Human Resources office.
Employees of the University of St. Thomas with dependents attending a Catholic College Cooperative Tuition Exchange (CCCTE) school may pick up a tuition remission application in the Financial Aid Office (Murray-Herrick Hall, Office 152). Submit CCCTE tuition remission request forms directly to the Financial Aid Office.
ACTC employees and their dependents interested in obtaining tuition remission for UST may obtain tuition remission forms from their home campus. Submit all forms directly to the home campus.
The University of St. Thomas is a member school of the Tuition Exchange, a competitive scholarship program available to the dependent children of eligible faculty and staff at more than 600 participating member institutions. Through the program, institutions offer an average of 6,000 scholarship awards a year. The member school at which the student is accepted will determine the scholarship amount.
Eligibility: The St. Thomas employee must have been employed at the university for at least three years as a regular, full-time employee. The student must qualify as a dependent under Internal Revenue Service definition. The student must apply to an undergraduate program of a Tuition Exchange member school. The university’s selection criteria for application acceptance will be based on the eligible employee’s length of service at St. Thomas using a weighted lottery.
Application: Applications are available online and in the Human Resources Office, Aquinas Hall Room 217.
Deadline: Applications for the 2016-2017 academic year must be submitted to Human Resources by 4:30 pm on Friday, Oct. 16, 2015.
