City of Minneapolis Scholarship
for Minneapolis High School Seniors

Application Procedures

To be considered for the program you must meet each of the following criteria:

1. Applicants must be a currently enrolled high school senior in a Minneapolis public or private high school.
2. Applicants must be a resident of the city of Minneapolis.
3. Applicants must apply to the University of St. Thomas prior to March 2, 2012.

By March 2, 2012, scholarship candidates must:

1. File a 2012-2013 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please request that the results be sent to the University of St. Thomas, school code #002345.
2. Submit a City of Minneapolis Scholarship Application form.
3. Submit a 2012-13 University of St. Thomas Verification Worksheet for Dependent Student or Verification Worksheet for Independent Student.
4. Submit copies of student and parent(s) 2011 federal income tax transcripts and all 2011 W-2 statements.
