The Blended Course Design summer seminar teaches faculty how to incorporate online learning into an existing course. Jason Rhode (Northern Illinois University) led the three-day seminar which faculty explored the advantages of blended learning through pedagogical options, tools for meaningful communication, and ways of successful assessment of student participation and work.
