Professional Growth and Leadership Grant

This program is for full-time continuing faculty who would like to participate in a conference or workshop geared toward preparation for professional leadership roles. These may include administrative roles within or outside UST, or other types of leadership (i.e., within one’s professional organization). The program is administered by the Faculty Development Center but funding and the decision to award funding originate in the Office of Academic Affairs. Final decisions for funding are made by the Provost.

All full-time continuing faculty are eligible to apply. 

Awards and application timing: There is no set award amount or deadline for application. All requests must be approved before travel or training takes place. Awards are contingent on availability of funds and applicants must demonstrate that they have pursued all other available options for funding.
