Dr. Buffy Smith, Associate Professor Sociology & Criminal JusticeEnhancing Peer Mentoring Relationships, led by ‌Dr. Buffy Smith, associate professor in Sociology and Criminal Justice and Faculty Development mentoring consultant, is designed to promote and support mentoring among faculty at UST and provide junior and senior faculty with practical strategies for establishing and sustaining meaningful peer mentoring relationships.

The 90-minute mentor workshop will be held on the St. Paul campus and is intended for mid career and senior faculty. Dr. Smith will focus on common mentoring mistakes and how to avoid them, and the key components for fostering effective mentoring relationships.
