Family Weekend at the University of St. Thomas
FAMILY WEEKEND, OCTOBER 2-4, 2015, is an excellent opportunity for you and family members to re-connect and experience life at UST. Join us for a university lecture, participate in Purple on the Plaza, attend a UST football game, enjoy the musical talent of UST students, and attend mass and brunch with your student. Most of all, take the time to see why your student loves UST.
We look forward to seeing you during Family Weekend!

2016 Family Weekend - October 21-23
INFORMATION ON PARKING:
The following is a quick summary on where to park on Family Weekend.
Guests arriving on Friday October 2 may park in Anderson Parking Facility (APF) at the intersection of Grand Ave. and Summit Ave. for a modest fee. Guests are asked to swipe their credit card upon entering APF, do not take a ticket, and proceed to park. Upon exit, they would swipe the same credit card on the way out. APF will be open for complimentary parking from 6:00 p.m. on Friday to 2:00 a.m. on Saturday.
On Friday there is also complementary parking and no permits are required in Lots O and M from 5:00 a.m. on Friday to 2:00 a.m. on Saturday. These lots are located on South Campus.
Guests also may park in Lot A from 6:00 p.m. on Friday to Sunday at 10:00 p.m. They also may park in Lots B and G after 6:00 p.m. on Friday to Saturday at 2:00 a.m.
On Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to Sunday at 2:00 a.m. there is complementary parking in APF and Lots A, G, M and 0. Lot B is open during the same time except from 2:00 a.m. until the end of the football game on Saturday.
On Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to Sunday at 10:00 p.m. there is complementary parking in APF and Lots A, B, G, M and 0.
On Sunday, be prepared for several detours due to the Twin Cities Marathon. Many of the streets surrounding campus will be closed during the marathon and traffic will not be allowed to cross Summit Avenue near campus after 7:30 am to about 1:30 p.m. Driving in from the north (I-94 to Cretin Ave) will allow you to park in Lots, A, B, and G so you can avoid trying to cross Summit Avenue to the south by car. . If you are coming from the south, it is possible for you to park on South Campus in APF, Lot M, or Lot O. If there is a need to cross north to south along Summit Ave, Ayd Mill Road provides the only location. Check this out between mile markers 23 and 24 at the Twin Cities Marathon Site.
