Meet the Facilities Scheduling Team

Barbara Crum, Switchboard Operator.  Barb answers incoming calls to the main UST switchboard.  Barb can be reached directly at  (651) 962-6290 or bjcrum@stthomas.edu.

Dede Hering, Head Switchboard Operator.  Dede is responsible for the main UST switchboard, including supervising student operators.  Dede can be reached directly at  (651) 962-6256 or gmhering@stthomas.edu.

Cindy Nedved, Scheduling Coordinator.  Cindy works primarily on internal St. Thomas reservations and handles most general calls and inquires for room reservations.  Cindy can be reached directly at  (651) 962-6674 or cmnedved@stthomas.edu.

Daniel J. Taylor, Director.  Dan works with the majority of our rental and conference clients and events  sponsored by University.   Dan also supervises the University Switchboard, which is part of the Office of Facilities Scheduling.  Dan can be reached directly at (651) 962-6671 or  djtaylor@stthomas.edu.
