Welcome to Facilities Scheduling

Whether you’re an internal client reserving space for a department meeting or an external client planning a large summer conference, the Facilities Scheduling staff is here to help with your planning.

St. Thomas Community members, make your room reservation requests on-line using our RFS (Request for Services) form.  You can download instructions  for using the Facilities Scheduling RFS system here.  Once your facilities have been assigned, you will receive an email with the confirmation number for your reservation.

External clients interested in Summer Conference and Special Event Rentals should contact Dan Taylor at (651) 962-6671.        Conveniently located between both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul on I-94, the University of St. Thomas has a diverse range of beautiful, spacious facilities.   With the O' Shaughnessy Educational Center Auditorium, the  Schoenecker Arena and the Coughlin Fieldhouse, as well numerous conference rooms and classrooms, perfect for smaller meetings or break-out rooms, we can easily accommodate events of all sizes.
