Custom Programs

Jacque Anderson

Associate Dean, Executive Education

Jacque Anderson is the assistant dean of Executive Education at the University of St. Thomas. Jacque joined St. Thomas in 2014. She is responsible for leading the non-degree executive education business that serves approximately 2,500 participants annually with more than 100 open enrollment and custom course offerings.

Prior to joining St. Thomas, Jacque was the chief learning officer at McGladrey. Jacque was responsible for the overall strategy and operations related to the annual delivery of more than 200,000 hours of CPE to 7,000 McGladrey professionals. She also held the position of director of custom programs, Executive Education at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota where she was responsible for overseeing program design, development and delivery of custom executive education offerings for corporate clients.

Jacque brings to her position more than 25 years of management experience from various areas of finance, strategy and executive development. She held senior level positions with both Pillsbury and GE where, in addition to strategic finance roles, she led key business initiatives and also developed and delivered business acumen and leadership coursework.

Jacque received her BBA in finance and management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MBA in economics, accounting and business policy from the University of Chicago.
